TPSDI won 3 Gold Awards at the Brandon Hall Group 2021 Human Capital Management Excellence Awards. This builds on the first gold award that we had won the previous year. The Brandon Hall Group Awards are considered to be the most prestigious recognition of excellence in the Human Capital Management and Learning industry worldwide (they are often referred to informally as the "Oscars" of the Learning industry). All entries were evaluated by an international panel of independent industry experts, Brandon Hall Group senior analysts, and Brandon Hall Group executive team. The judging was based on the following criteria: fit to the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation, and overall measurable benefits. TPSDI had applied under the following three categories of Brandon Hall’s Human Capital Management (HCM) "Award program" showcasing the excellence of our learning designs and strategy enabling our clients to meet their business goals:
