TPSDI Competency Framework

The TPSDI Competency Framework has been developed based on analysis of real job roles in the industry and enables learners to progress from one level to another by attaining skills of one level at a time. The framework has four competency levels and all TPSDI courses are aligned to these four levels. On successful completion of training, the trainees are issued certificates in the form of cards indicating the level of competency attained. Trainees who are unable to complete the training successfully are issued certificate of participation in the form of 'Blue' card.

The levels of TPSDI Competency Framework are comparable and compatible with corresponding levels of the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF).
