TPSDI is attuned to Tata Power's Affirmative Action Policy, where it commits to volunteer its training resources to the extent possible to improve employability of the disadvantaged sections of the society.
Further, TPSDI commits to creating and promoting access to its training programs for the members of the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes and Minority communities and to actively assist them towards admission to its training courses. In order to facilitate this, TPSDI will actively collaborate with Civil Society Organizations representing these communities.
