In the coming years, TPSDI will move its training to an IT-enabled learning management system. Most of the knowledge and procedural components of the training will be converted into e-learning and video-based training modules. This will enable standard delivery of training across any of the Centres. Additionally, a single-stop portal will enable trainee enrolment and tracking of their placements, career and skill progression. The portal will function as a skills registry for the power sector which can be utilized by employers to look for potential employees.
